Return, Refund & Cancellation policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange
If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered or the size hasn’t fit and want to exchange, just initiate return by giving us a call or email us through the contact details available at the website within 14 days from the date of purchased. Our courier partner will make a reverse pick up from your location if the reverse pickup is available from your location and once the products is received and inspected by us. We will initiate the refund accordingly to your original method of payment. But the shipping charges will not be refunded as this is a non-refundable charges.. If you still want to buy different size or colour then you could place a fresh order with us.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 working days.  But the shipping charges will not be refunded as this is a non-refundable charges.

For orders, that we are unable to delivered to the customer due to some unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be given to the customer’s original method of payment. 

Note: For Cash on Delivery [COD] order the refund will be credited to your Spenkart account as “Store Credit” which you can spend it on your next purchase across website. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The return policy of Spenkart is very easy. You just have to give a call or email us through the contact details available at the website within 14 days from the date of purchased. The product which is to be returned will be taken back within 72 hours from your location. If our courier partner doesn’t offer reversed pick up from your location. In this case the customers would need to ship the products by themselves at his/her own cost. However, if you wish to cancel the product which you have ordered online at spenkart.com make sure you do it before the products is shipped or is dispatched. If the order is cancel after the product being shipped the refund will be given to the customers after deducting the free shipping cost.
